If you have coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield, MN medical assistance, auto insurance, or worker's compensation and would like us to check your acupuncture benefits, please call us or email sarah@pointsnca.com with your insurance information including the company, ID#, your date of birth, and the provider assistance phone# listed on the card.

You can make your own appointments through Patient Ally:   If you have not received an access code, please contact the office using the form on this page and give the email address that you wish to use.
Please note: Patient Ally requires that appointment requests be approved before they will show up on the schedule. I make every effort to approve them immediately upon receipt.
